• Planing and directing the engineering of the different design created.
• Design, calculating and developing engineering solutions
• Evaluation, development and implementation of complex design and project problem resolutions
• Oversee projects construction
• Oversee outsourced products fabrication
• Oversee technical team works
• Budgeting, scheduling and planning projects
• Client contact point during construction process
• Creation of task/project budgets, work breakdowns, rough order estimates, task prioritization.
• Provide schedule deadlines and budget constraints for design
• Prepare reports and other associated project and/or program documentation
• Research and recommend project management policies, principles, and practices

• We are looking for an ambitious and motivated personality, outgoing, team-oriented, reliable and resilient, highly organised and efficient, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently, and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude
• Successfully completed university studies (bachelor’s degree, or higher) in the field of engineering or related area of study
• Minimum three years experience in architectural engineering and project management is preferred
• Advanced skills in CAD and BIM software
• Capacity to supervise, plan and organize work efficiently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a construction company would be a plus
• Technical knowledge of buildings structure, services (HVAC, water supply, sanitation) and energy (thermal loads, efficiency, etc.)
• Very good language skills:
  • Mongolian – mother tongue,
  • English – fluent, spoken and written,
  • knowledge of Spanish, Russian, or Arabic would be a plus
