• Work with an interdisciplinary team on the production of presentations, project proposals, and developing marketing materials that are in line with MONDREEM’s standards and aesthetic
• Gain a strong understanding of MONDREEM’s portfolio of work, and effectively express the firm’s architectural ideas through branded communications
• Develop visual content to share through MONDREEM’s company website, and various social media platforms
• Provide professional graphic design support across the design team
• Assist architectural teams with graphic and diagrammatic tasks, such as the formatting of project stage reports, design and access statements etc.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from design brief to production
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Contribute to the elevation of quality and mentoring of junior staff
• Establish, organise and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries
• Brief and liaise with printers and manufacturers
• Schedule project implementation and define budget implications
• Design and production of both digital and print PR materials such as invitations, brochures, presentations, company books, publications and competition pitch submissions

• We are looking for an ambitious and motivated personality, outgoing, team-oriented, reliable and resilient, highly organised and efficient, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently, and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude
• Successfully completed university studies (bachelor’s degree, or higher) in the field of graphic design communication, visual design, digital design; or related area of study
• Minimum three years experience in architecture design, or with a marketing team, is preferred
• Strong visual and creative skills (sense of space, layout, typography, illustration, visualisation and animation)
• Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; and Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in interdisciplinary, content-based design of sophisticated architecture
• Understanding of print production processes is advantageous
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, and film editing and animation would be highly beneficial
• Very good language skills:
  • Mongolian – mother tongue,
  • English – fluent, spoken and written,
  • knowledge of Spanish, Russian, or Arabic would be a plus
• You should have fun working in a young, creative team in a lively environment
